Madz earned her BA Hons in Theology and Counselling in 2002, where her passion for connecting theology and psychology began. After three years as a youth pastor in Durban, she launched Grace Counselling at Grace Family Church Umhlanga in 2007, building it into one of KZN’s leading lay counselling ministries. In 2019, she founded EDIFY to expand this vision nationally—equipping churches across South Africa with counselling tools to meet community needs.
